I need to admit that together with P13 Paper Products’ growth I lost my scrapbooking desk full of papers and I am super happy that I regained my little scrap room I used to have at home (where I can live all the scrapbooking goodies and nobody takes it) and a little cheer up from the whole P13 and our Club Ladies. For February I have two projects for you and I am really happy but also stressed that today I present the first of them.
Our subject for February is LOVE, so for both of my projects, I took pictures of my daughters. They are the most grateful objects for photo shooting and scrapbooking for me. Today I would like to introduce you older of my girls – Sophie, who turns 15th birthday very soon (yes, you are right, she is quite bigger that the picture shows). She is the first of infinitely loved little persons in our home, and she is a teen now <3.
The layout I present for you today is made from the Dear Love collection, I used also some embellishments I collected last year. I need to tell you that this project is made with almost no cutting! The biggest layer is cut some time ago as a color page for my travel journal, the second one is a card from sheet number 05, and the rest of the elements are ready-to-use stickers, chipboard stickers, and paper tags. You can see I am a big fan of layers, color balance (yes! I think this brings order to my scrapbooking project and makes them look good for me), and simple forms. I am also a scrapper who arrange and arrange for a few days ;). This process takes a while, so I do not make a lot of LOs.
As I mentioned, I am back for a scrapbooking life and I hope Pauline will present more of my artwork here. I will be happy to have an opportunity to show you my inspiration from time to time.
