Hello everyone! I would like to show you today my new artwork made with „Sea La Vie” collection by P13. I made a round photo frame which consists of three photo mats. I’m able to place 2×3″ pictures there.
This time my plan was to avoid blue color. I wanted to have light, bright base with beige and brown, because those colors will match almost every picture, I think. I would like to have some portraits there, but I haven’t chosen them yet, so my base needed to be as versatile as possible. I worked with small paper pad looking for the brightest of all the sheets. Next, I chose beige, red and off-white elements from ephemera pack and fussy cut some graphics from the Sea La Vie 07 paper. I could not resist to have the light chipboard embellishments there to! Then I started to build my compositions – every round photo mat contains paper frame and several layers of paper elements. I also added some 3D balls here and there just to have some interest between my layers. I truly love how brown eco paper connects with the scrapbooking paper and how red spots of embellishments bring nice energy to the whole project.
This frame was made with paper and light chipboards only, but it’s not flat or boring at all! It’s going to be nice decoration on my wall.
