Hello! Today I made the Artist Trading Cards. Do you do them? These are the master’s cards, in which he shows his skills. (Well, this is how I understand these cards) I very rarely, for great inspiration, create such cards. This time I was inspired to work with the wood prints from the MAXI CREATIVE PAD WOOD set, and I also really wanted to work with the frames from this set.
For the basics, I took P13 chipboard in the form of tags. I painted these blanks with black primer. From a wooden set of paper, I chose a print with small boards, cut it into strips, and glued these strips onto tags. I got wooden tags with a nice texture. On top of the boards, I put stamps and some paint for a dark tone.
For decoration, I took the Free Spirit collection, she is one of my favorites. This collection goes well with wood. I used stamps, die cuts, and stickers. To complete the composition, I added a splash of black paint. I think these cards reflect my favorite style as a scrapbooking master. I work in different styles, but the masculine daring theme always comes easy for me.
Usually, I send these cards to my friends who also love scrapbooking.
