I don’t know about you but I love autumn and its colors. The trees turn yellow and red and the leaves become true works of art. It goes without saying that my phone is full of photos of nature right now.
So I decided to create a layout just to celebrate these colors and I found the perfect match with the papers and embellishments of the new Time to relax collection and the papers of the Maxi Creative Pad Wood. First I cut this cut file (by Peartree cut files November release) with the Cricut Maker and I used the wood effect paper then I glued some vellum for a see-through effect. I immediately loved this cut file because it has the same shape as my leaf, unintentionally a perfect match! Under the leaf, I made some random stamps with the botanical stamp from the „The Four Seasons Spring” collection and the Distress Oxide Forest Moss pad. With the same color, I made the spots together with the white chalk.
To finish my layout I played with the overlays using the chipboard frames, the wooden leaves (colored with oxides) also from the Time to relax collection and I created the title by mixing the light chipboards from the Four Seasons Autumn Collection and the Time to relax collection. I love mixing different fonts with italics and block letters.I finally fixed everything with the sewing machine and forest green thread, the little details are my favorite.
