The first project is candy boxes but with a particular coffin shape! I used a beautiful file from the silhouette design store and of course the pad and chipboard embellishments from the new Happy Halloween collection. I fell in love with this striped paper that I paired with the purple polka dot pattern. To best match, I colored the chipboards with distress inks (carved pumpkin and wilted violet) and on the corners of the papers and embellishments, I blended with black distress ink to get a used effect.
I played with volumes using P13’s new thick double-sided tape to glue! Have you already seen and tried it? They glue perfectly and give volume without risking staining with glue and causing disasters. Now I run to make more boxes and cut out other embellishments to decorate them, they are all wonderful.
Do you celebrate Halloween? Let me know in the comments! Boo to you, Evy
