Today I would like to show you my newest inspiration – a winter album [ zimowy album ]. All projects where I working with photos are my favourites – layouts, canvases, frames and also albums. A problem is that creating album spend a lot of time – a few days in my case! This way about 10 albums still waiting for their turn from almost 2 years I think. No comment. Really.
I also create albums without photos very rarely, but this time, tought by experience, I decided to do that and add photos later. So we’ll see how it will be works. Maybe it motivate me to take more photos!
It seems to me that I am getting boring, repeating how amazingly universal the papers from Friday the 13th are, but I really have to say it again! The proof of this is my album, which was created mainly from collections such as Cute&Co. and Off Shore II with the addition of papers from such collections as Love in Bloom, Little Girl, North Pole and Serendipity.
I started creating the album from the cover. My main inspiration was the combination of beautiful navy paper No. 03 from the Offshore II collection and a deer I cut from the special Cute & Co sheet. A composition is completed with papers in gray and turquoise color from the aforementioned collections. I added some leaves from the 01 No. paper from the Little Girl collection. I covered the center of the album with papers in gray and blue-turquoise shades. In the middle card, I cut a round window. Then, on the cards prepared in such a way, I began to create compositions for the photos. I decided to prepare square and rectangular empty fields, where I would paste photos later.
I have to admit that I like the album and I can’t wait to add cool winter photos to it! Do you like to create albums? Be sure to let me know!
